In this role, you'll administer and monitor fleet contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies. With 2.5 years of experience, you’ll liaise with contractors regarding financial matters, conduct financial variance reviews, and ensure billing accuracy within SAP. You will also develop financial and management reports using the Business Warehouse system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and coordinate fleet contracts and related documentation
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance with contract terms
• Analyze monthly financial reports and prepare projections
• Liaise with contractors on financial audit processes
• Maintain the fleet G/L account in SAP accurately
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or Finance required
• 2.5 years of relevant financial experience
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license
