Fairstone Bank is seeking an Analyst, Large Commercial to help underwrite renewals and annual reviews for large commercial mortgages in our Toronto portfolio. You will analyze borrowers, guarantors, real estate security and loan terms, and coordinate with third-party servicers and internal partners.
We value a bachelor’s degree with 2 years in commercial underwriting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
