Operators will handle a variety of heavy equipment for site development, excavation, grading, and pad construction. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, safety-focused professionals to work on a rotational schedule with camp accommodations and travel support. The ideal candidate is versatile, productive, and committed to safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Need 3+ years experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment in construction, mining, or earthworks
Proven experience on excavators, dozers, graders, or loaders
Ability to read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and construction layouts
Valid driver’s license and 3 years drivers abstract
CSTS-2020 Fundamentals ticket
Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
