Overview The Role: Class 1 Driver Frito Lay (a division of Pepsi

Co) has a current opening for a Licensed Class 1 Driver.

Set delivery schedules each week. $2,500 Signing bonus, Employer Funded Retirement Plan, RRSP Matching, full flexible benefit package, and annual bonus Excellent salary/wages including extra pay for LCV and BC KM’s Kilometer, case and delay pay This position will be based out of Lethbridge, AB and will be required to work a combination of 2-day and 3-day over-the-road runs through Western Canadaeach week.

The assigned runs will be dependent on current business needs.

Wage: $ Responsibilities Whatyou’llbe working on: Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Operate a tractor/trailer truck to make long-distance pick-ups and deliveries of our finished products.

Check andassistin the unloading of the trailer.

Fully inspect the vehicle prior to beginning the route to ensure proper and safe handling conditions.

Collect all proper authorizations prior to beginningroute.

Maintainan accurateDOT log.

Ensure safety and complianceofload.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Completing Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Food Safety Pre Requisite Programs (PRP/oPRP) thatisrequired for your area.

Delivery of product to Frito Lay facilities and external customersin Western Canadawith single or Long Combination vehicles (LCV’s).





Offloadingtrailers withhandcarts orpalletizing casesat destination (average case weight is 4 kgs).

Travelling safelycomplying with

Frito Lay Canada controls, Traffic Safety legislation, and Commercial Vehicle regulations.

Be customer focused and be a team player.

Qualifications Valid Class 1 Driver’s License.

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Robust attention to detail.

Able to maintain professional disposition even when faced with difficult situations.

Able to complete routes safely in varied driving conditions.

Mountain driving experience would be considered an asset.

Be based out of Lethbridge, AB or willing torelocate.
