If you are a caring, professional, and driven individual with a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesResident Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed while adhering to established protocols and policies.Health Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor residents’ health status, documenting changes and communicating them effectively to the healthcare team.Care Planning: Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.Support and Education: Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments,



and lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being.Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to care.Compliance: Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice in nursing care.QualificationsEducation: Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution.Licensure: Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse.Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care or retirement residence setting is preferred.Skills: Strong clinical and assessment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in the use of healthcare software.Attributes: Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.Job Types: Part-time, CasualPay: $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
