The successful candidate will be integral to the CREDITs program, managing exceptions and ensuring timely processing to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
• Process credits and manage casual refunds
• Follow credits protocol for top customer accounts
• Update HS tables, User Defined Lists, and Rule sets
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in CREDITs data
• Monitor and prepare CREDITs claims for CBSA

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient in data management and Excel
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational capabilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Motivated and adaptable to current tasks
