Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests efficiently upon arrival
• Manage dining reservations and respond to inquiries
• Address customer comments or complaints promptly
• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of dining area
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hosting experience
• Familiarity with POS systems; Open Table is a plus
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
