As part of the Technical Services Department, you will support various mining projects, focusing on both open pit and underground operations. Engage in innovative practices using Deswik software to enhance engineering designs and processes. Collaborate with multiple teams to develop mine concepts and conduct technical studies, ensuring safety and sustainability in mining practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design open pit and underground mining projects
• Develop long-term mining sequences (LOM) for diverse projects
• Write technical studies,
including feasibility reports
• Participate in equipment and ventilation simulation initiatives
• Evaluate and optimize drilling, ventilation, and ground control
Requirements:
• Degree in mining engineering
• 2-5 years mining experience in open pit or underground
• Membership in a professional association
• Proficiency in Deswik and simulation software
• Travel to various sites as needed
