Key Responsibilities:
• Understand business processes and operational workflows
• Conduct analysis to improve processes and applications

• Create test plans to ensure system integrity

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of IT service design and delivery experience
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Basic SQL understanding to query logs
• Team-oriented with problem-solving skills
