We’re looking for an Administrative Associate to join our team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable team player who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. The successful candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn the fundamentals of insurance and become licensed.
What you’ll bring A level 1 insurance license (or be able and willing to obtain it)
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and plan
Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with offie equipment; scanner, photocopier, postage machine
Ability to manage and direct incoming phone calls
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
