Technical Support Lead Position Type: Full Time, Permanent We are a Vancouver-based clean tech manufacturer, connecting teams to clean power all over the globe. PE designs and manufactures VOLTstack® Power Stations – industrial grade, battery-powered generators that provide instant power whenever and wherever it’s needed. PE is a global leader in actively providing clean energy to the film, events, utilities, construction, and EV charging industries in North America and Europe.

We have deployed over 1,500 units across 13 different countries globally. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Lead to join our Operations team. Acting as the frontline representative for our customers, this role is dedicated to addressing issues promptly, delivering timely resolutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.

Customer

Support & Documentation Coordinate and support service activities to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Respond to customer inquiries and help to resolve technical problems. Assist with service scheduling, planning, logistics, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to support customer requirements. Maintain service records, repair documentation, and standard operating procedures. Act as a senior technical resource for service technicians and production team members.

Work with engineering to develop customer service and support processes and technologies.





Experience or interest in working with AI to develop workflows and procedures. Collaborate with engineering and sales to manage and track customer problems and resolutions. Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and service processes.

Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and customer service. 5+ years of customer-facing responsibilities in a technical organization. ~ Experience with battery and power conversion technology an asset. ~ Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems. ~ Bonus: Experience working with generators, power systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, or similar technologies.

Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technical teams.

Experience working directly with customers Proficient in writing reports and keeping good records. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success and continuous improvement.
