Lakeridge Health in Oshawa is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Home Peritoneal Dialysis program. You will provide holistic nursing care within the PD scope, travel to patient homes and other Lakeridge Health sites as needed.
Responsibilities include delivering education to patients and care partners, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the health care and nursing teams to ensure secure, evidence-based practice. BLS, PALS, ACLS, CPR Level C are required.
