The successful candidate will actively promote student independence while respecting confidentiality and supporting routine personal care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance as per individualized student plans
• Record behavioral observations for positive behavior strategies
• Collaborate in planning meetings for student support




• Prepare individualized program materials under teacher direction
• Assist with personal care and medical support as needed

Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or related diploma
• Minimum one year of experience with challenging behavior
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Training in behavior management preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
