This role reports to the Lead Operator and focuses on maintaining plant generation efficiency and safety standards. You'll operate turbines, perform basic maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, and respond to emergencies as needed. Your contributions directly impact the provincial transmission grid and showcase your technical skills in a multidisciplinary workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate plant equipment and turbines safely
• Conduct timely maintenance for various systems
• Monitor dam infrastructure and powerhouse systems




• Maintain operational records and safety plans
• Supervise contractors and manage facility upkeep

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in hydro settings
• Background in engineering or skilled trades
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and respect for public relations
