Design Electronics is a top technology integration firm seeking a dedicated Controller. This newly created position requires an organized individual with experience in maintaining financial data integrity. You will play a vital role managing QuickBooks, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance within our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review financial reports for accuracy in QuickBooks and ERP systems
• Perform monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet reviews for correct GL coding
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and manage tax submissions
• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience with private companies
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Robust organizational and communication skills
