You will support various HR functions on an 18-month contract and work in a hybrid environment.Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, this individual contributor position focuses on HR support ranging from employee relations to recruitment and perks administration. Your role ensures accurate HR data management while engaging and aiding employees throughout their journey.Key Responsibilities:Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding and transitionsEnsure compliance with HR policies and maintain personnel recordsTroubleshoot HR system issues within Workday and DayforceAdminister employee benefits and coordinate disability claimsFacilitate investigations and employee training sessionsRequirements:3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in CPGStrong HR policies knowledge and customer service orientationProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independentlyUtilize your skills to enhance employee experiences at Sleeman Breweries and contribute to a thriving workplace.
