We are growing - with a new NW Calgary location opening in September - and are now expanding our clinical model to integrate psychiatry directly into our practice.Our approach is built on true interdisciplinary collaboration. Psychologists and the incoming Psychiatrist will work with a shared patient population, coordinating care so that clients benefit from both psychological therapy and psychiatric expertise under one roof.The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity for a Psychiatrist who wants to practice within a well-established, high-volume psychology clinic rather than build a practice from scratch. Our referral management system is fully operational - you will receive a steady stream of warm referrals from our existing psychologist team, who will continue to carry the therapeutic relationship while you provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for clients already engaged with our psychology team, as well as new referralsDevelop individualized treatment plans in coordination with the client's treating psychologistProvide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-upAssess and manage psychiatric risk,
