About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to support the maintenance, operation, and reliability of our production equipment in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing and material-handling equipment.
Conduct welding and fabrication work as required.
Maintain and service conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic systems, and electric motors.
Execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues, including motor wiring.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
Report equipment concerns, process irregularities, and safety issues to management.




Participate in continuous improvement and maintenance projects.

Qualifications
Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification required.
High school diploma or post-secondary technical education.
Experience in manufacturing, recycling, plastics processing, or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production setting.
Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
