On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is recruiting an experienced Industrial Mixer for a food manufacturing facility in KITCHENER.

This is a current vacancy and an excellent opportunity for someone with food production, mixing, baking, or manufacturing experience who is comfortable working with large quantities of ingredients and following precise production procedures.

Pay Rate: $./hr, (increase to $. after hours) + 4% vacation pay added to each cheque weekly Shift Availability: Afternoon shift, 3pm-pm Job Duties Accurately measure and prepare large quantities of ingredients for cracker production Operate industrial mixers, blenders, and related production equipment Follow work orders, product specifications, recipes, and established production procedures Monitor raw materials and ingredient levels and notify appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished Inspect ingredients and finished mixes to ensure production requirements are being met Assist with packing and other production duties as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all food safety, quality,



and workplace safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Previous experience in food production, baking, industrial mixing, or a similar manufacturing environment Strong basic math skills with the ability to accurately measure ingredients Ability to read and follow work orders, product specifications, and product codes Basic computer skills Good communication skills in English Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow established procedures Comfortable working in a rapid-paced production environment Reliable and dependable with good attendance Ability to lift up to kg ( lbs.) repeatedly throughout the shift Must have CSA-approved safety footwear Must be available for day, afternoon, and/or night shifts If you have the food production or mixing experience we’re looking for and are ready to join a busy manufacturing team, apply today!
