Production Mixer

Manpower is seeking experienced Mixer Scaler Operators for a food manufacturing facility in North York. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity.

Responsibilities
Weigh and scale ingredients according to production formulas and batch sheets.
Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare and mix ingredients to meet production requirements.
Monitor product quality and follow recipes accurately.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
Follow food safety, GMP, health and safety, and company procedures.
Work with production and quality teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a mixer, scaler,



or batch maker in food manufacturing is required.
Ability to measure and handle ingredients accurately and operate industrial mixing equipment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and GMPs is an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.
Robust attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
Ability to work any assigned shift.

Compensation and schedule

Pay: $26.15 per hour. Day, afternoon, and night shifts are available.
