Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: Experience an asset Tasks Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Establish work schedules Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Conduct performance reviews Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
