Job Summary We are recruiting for a Construction Assistant for a permanent direct hire opportunity in the Huntsville and Bracebridge area.

This role is ideal for someone with previous construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, supporting skilled installers, and being part of a reliable, team-focused job site environment.

The Construction Assistant will work closely with the head installer to prepare materials, load tools and supplies, maintain clean and organized work areas, and assist with residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities - Assist the head installer with daily construction and installation tasks on residential and commercial job sites. - Load and unload trucks with tools, materials, equipment, and supplies needed for each project. - Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support job site work. - Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the day. - Travel to job sites in the Huntsville and Bracebridge area as required. - Provide general labour support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience. - Job type: Permanent direct hire. - Location: Huntsville and Bracebridge area.
