Job Summary: The Senior Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain stable, secure, and scalable web and desktop applications leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud and .NET technologies.

This role involves full life-cycle development, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and adherence to industry standards to deliver high-quality software solutions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities: Design and develop cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#/MVC, and related technologies.

Maintain and enhance existing web and desktop applications ensuring stability and security.

Implement Dev

Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev

Ops.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including ministry partners, vendors, and technology partners.

Apply industry best practices for web development, accessibility, security, and software architecture.

Develop data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards to support business needs.

Conduct technical research and analysis to adopt recent technologies and improve existing solutions.

Required Skills: 10+ years of experience building and maintaining applications using Azure Cloud and MS .NET technologies.

Proficient in full life-cycle development with Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#/MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Java

Script.

Experience with Azure Dev

Ops, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.

Strong knowledge of Dev

Ops CI/CD practices. 5+ years of experience in database design, building, modeling, and configuration.





Experience with frontend Java

Script frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS.

Familiarity with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).

Desired Skills: Experience with Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio 2022.

Prototyping and Agile methodology experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Experience in data reporting and dashboard development.

Ability to apply architectural and security standards in software development.
