The role is for you if Demonstrated experience in; Tax Due Diligence Reviews, Vendor Assistance, Tax Structuring Advice, Tax modelling Funds flow, Management tax planning, Sale & Purchase review service Post deal implementation services PFI deal structuring and modelling advice OR have equivalent work experience.
