Drive consistent safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and team performance while developing Production Supervisors and building scalable operations.OUTCOMESProduction Performance:Achieve and sustain ≥80% labour efficiency across all production lines within 12 months while supporting capacity growth targets.Schedule Execution:Deliver ≥95% Master Production Schedule (MPS)
