Fit4Less Canada is seeking a Manager who will lead a team of club Associates to deliver a clean, friendly, and automated experience for Members and staff. The role includes recruiting, coaching, and driving revenue while maintaining budgets and high standards of service.

You will manage direct reports, oversee onboarding, and address member concerns to ensure a positive and protected club workplace. Solid leadership and communication skills are essential.
