Enhance aquatic skills as a Part-Time Swim Instructor with the City of Brampton, delivering protected and engaging lessons while ensuring participant safety. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will work under the Deck/Beach Supervisor, managing swimming lessons for diverse age groups and skill levels. Key responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, supervising participants to minimize risks, and adhering to Aquatic Admission Standards. Strong customer service is essential, and timely completion of administrative tasks is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for all levels
• Supervise participants and maintain vigilance for safety




• Ensure compliance with Aquatic Admission Standards
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with participants
• Complete administrative duties including reports and attendance

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of age
• Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor credentials
• National Lifeguard – Pool certification
• First Aid and CPR certification necessary
• Willingness to complete additional certifications
