Here are the main responsibilities: * Understand and validate business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner, users, and team members.* Design, develop, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions using a pragmatic and agile approach.* Apply development best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards to deliver high-quality solutions.* Develop and execute automated and functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.* Measure and continuously improve solution quality, performance, robustness, and test coverage.* Leverage and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.* Collaborate with peers on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.* Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the long-term sustainability of applications through proper documentation.* Actively contribute to team ceremonies and deliver integration solutions involving APIs, enterprise applications, and event-driven architectures. **What could accelerate your success in this role**We’re looking for someone who:



* Is known for their strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.* Stands out for their expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Salesforce configuration, and front-end development frameworks.* Demonstrates strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, data integration concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.* Is recognized for their collaboration, communication skills, and ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps teams.* Has 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
