As a Business Enablement Specialist at BMO, your role supports the implementation and adoption of business processes across Retail Insurance. You will translate business needs into actionable plans, work with technology teams on enhancements, and document procedures for ongoing operations. Your efforts will help ensure seamless operational readiness for new products and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into requirements and workflows
• Support operational readiness for current business initiatives
• Develop procedures, job aids,



and operational documentation
• Act as a liaison for system enhancements
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities

Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in Business or related fields
• Experience in business enablement or project delivery
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to support technology implementation and testing
• Bilingual French preferred but not required
