You will ensure food safety, manage menus, and be an integral part of promoting health and happiness within our retirement residences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals for residents and employees
• Review menus and production sheets for meal preparation
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
• Complete daily temperature audits of food storage
• Participate in planning special occasion meal days

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate is mandatory
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of special therapeutic diets required
• Must lift and transfer heavy items safely
• Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months
