Job Description ABOUT US: The School of Automotive is a leader in hands-on training for future professionals in the automotive industry. We train the next generation of skilled technicians through practical teaching, focused on the realities of today's workshops.

YOUR ROLE: Your main mission will be to teach automotive mechanics (theoretical and practical workshop component) to motivated evening students;
Prepare and lead theoretical lessons as well as practical workshop activities;
Guide and evaluate students in learning diagnostic, repair, and maintenance techniques;
Transmit good practices regarding workplace safety and industry standards;
Ensure thorough monitoring of students' educational progress and attendance;
Contribute to maintaining a dynamic, collaborative, and positive learning environment.
REQUIRED PROFILE: Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an accredited automotive mechanic (journeyman card required);
Languages: Fluent bilingualism in spoken and written French and English;
Interpersonal skills:



Excellent communication skills and ease in conveying technical concepts;
Computer skills: Comfort with basic computer tools (course management, emails, presentations).
Personal qualities: Robust sense of responsibility and professionalism;
Team spirit, helpfulness, and collaborate attitude;
Excellent organizational skills and group management abilities.
