Responsibilities Work within a project team to deliver top quality structuralrehabilitationand building envelope restoration projects,



including replacement ofroof systems,windows, doors,skylightsand curtainwall systemsto clients Assistwithbuilding envelope performance, such as air/water leak testing, thermographic survey, High and Low-volt ELD scanning andcontributing to the field evaluations as well as technical writing, preparation of quantities,and budget estimates Undertake site reviews of construction projects to helpmonitorconformance with specifications, quality of workmanship, budget, and schedule Assistwith building envelope restoration projects including air barrier repairs, insulation and building performance improvements, claddingreplacementand repairs, to clients Assistwith the tendering process, preparing tender notifications, attending tender meetings, preparing bid summary and recommendations Help with preparing specifications, including editingtechnical sections and working with CAD staff to sketch details Assistwith administering construction contracts, including preparing CCDC contracts, preparing
