Staff Plus is looking for an organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/ Estimator to manage orders from estimates through production and delivery for our client in the printing industry in Vaughan.

The ideal candidate has print industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities Prepare estimates using Printing Software Enter and manage customer orders in Printing Software Oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines Coordinate with suppliers, manage incoming deliveries, and issue purchase orders as required Maintain organized documentation, filing, and record keeping Support in print finishing such as bindery,



cutting, weeding, lamination or as needed.

Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments Flexible and proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Previous experience using any Printing Software for preparing estimates is mandatory Previous experience in the Print Industry is mandatory Strong understanding of paper types Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for customer and supplier interaction Experience working with digital printers is an asset Experience with promotional products and apparel printing is an advantage
