Profile sought
You hold a College Diploma (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in office administration or a related field.
You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within the construction industry.
You are comfortable managing multiple files and competing priorities.
You are recognized for your attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
You have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
You are able to communicate effectively,



both orally and in writing, in French.

Roles and responsabilities
Support the estimator in the preparation of bids and proposals by gathering and organizing documentation.
Assist project managers with site coordination, including permits, installations, rentals, and logistics.
Prepare and follow up on invoicing and payment requests.
Manage project documentation and ensure files remain complete and compliant.
Handle change orders and shop drawing administration.
Prepare project closeout documentation and contribute to meeting quality assurance requirements.
