Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Health & Safety Program policies
Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments
Provide safety training and toolbox talks
Manage Work SafeBC claims and return-to-work programs
Monitor and report on safety performance metrics

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in health and safety for construction
Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
Intermediate First Aid certification required
Valid BC Driver's License and reliable travel vehicle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Procore
