The Northern Outreach and Virtual Care Program is seeking a full time permanent, highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Operations Analyst.

The CAMH Northern Outreach and Virtual Care Program is focused on improving access to care, capacity building and the equitable distribution of care to patients and providers within the mental health and addictions system. This emerging area of practice presents a significant chance for improving access to Mental Health and Addictions services, both in remote and urban settings.

Reporting to the Manager, the Northern Outreach and Virtual Care Program is seeking a full time permanent, highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Operations Analyst who will be supporting data analysis,



reporting and operations across the Psychiatry Partnerships with Northern Communities at CAMH and network level portfolio (PPNC). Responsibilities include data and financial analysis supporting program planning, quality improvement projects, statistical trending clinical reporting, and billing support. This role will also play a pivotal function in maintaining a positive and responsive relationship with all collaborating stakeholders and ensuring communications are addressed promptly and effectively in alignment with PPNC’s high-quality service standards.
