Our financial services client is seeking a Recruiter (5-7 years of experience) to support full cycle recruitment for retail hiring initiatives Join a high-volume recruitment team supporting retail hiring within a large banking environment.

This role manages full cycle recruitment activities including intake meetings, interviews, hiring events, background checks, offers, and pipeline initiatives.

The position offers exposure to enterprise recruitment operations and collaboration with branch managers and internal hiring teams.

The team includes six recruiters with training and shadowing provided during onboarding.
