and upsell treatments ethicallyDemonstrated retail performance and client retentionStrong Assets:Experience with advanced laser platforms (e.G., Fotona, IPL, resurfacing, vascular/pigmentation treatments)Experience with skin treatments (chemical peels, facials, advanced protocols)Responsibilities:Provide five‑star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patientsBe compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatmentOwn responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of trainingDemonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post‑trainingMaintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and educationShow administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achievedMaintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatmentsAllow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needsWork effectively both independently and in a teamPossess the eagerness to build and grow a businessParticipate in promotional and educational eventsMaintain patient privacy and confidentialityThis role is not suitable for candidates who:Are currently in school or have not yet graduatedHave experience limited to laser hair removal onlyAre looking for a training‑first or entry‑level opportunityWhat you can expect from us:Vos Collection is committed to offering a family‑focused environment based on equality and respect.
