If you are looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management: Oversee the delivery of occupational therapy services across our Nanaimo and Courtenay locations, providing supervision and mentorship to Behavioural Interventionists (BIs) for best practice implementation.Program Development: Design and implement evidence-based therapy programs that meet the unique needs of clients with autism, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including speech-language pathologists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.Client and Family Support: Establish strong relationships with clients and families, providing education, resources, and regular updates on progress.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, participating in program audits and implementing continuous improvement.Community Engagement: Advocate for autism awareness and services,
