Reporting to the Manager of Community Events, you will support volunteer-led fundraising initiatives and grow the DIY fundraising program. This includes creating fundraising strategies, tracking KPIs, and managing community engagement for successful events.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop fundraising strategies for third-party and DIY initiatives
Measure and report on community event success using KPIs
Grow community event revenue by 8% to 10% per year
Manage logistics for partner events and oversee event planning
Support organizers with resources to achieve goals

Requirements:
Minimum of four years of related experience
University degree or college diploma in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in community-led fundraising a plus
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
