Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate nursing procedures for residents
Lead communication of residents’ health shifts to team
Record and analyze changes in residents' healthcare
Expedite physician orders as procedures dictate
Comply with nursing standards and regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
Registration in positive standing with provincial nursing board
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
Solid focus on teamwork and resident safety
