Affirm is a remote-first company that enables a straightforward, transparent pay structure and a focus on the moments that matter. The role involves breaking down projects, collaborating across product, design, and analytics, and maintaining system health and on-call readiness.
We value ownership, growth mindset, and robust communication as we build backend systems and APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin and AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
