FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Maintenance Engineers at the intermediate level motivated to deliver on mandates for its clients in the cosmetics sector. The mandate is to plan and optimize the maintenance of cosmetic manufacturing and packaging equipment and to analyze failures, manage the CMMS and comply with hygiene and safety requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure the reliability of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Analyze failures and implement corrective actions.
Manage the CMMS, spare parts and calibrations.
Comply with ISO 22716 hygiene requirements during interventions.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and lockout rules.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, automation, electrical) or any other related discipline.
Five (05) to ten (10) years of industry experience.
Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
Sector standards: ISO 22716, Cosmetic Regulations (Health Canada), FDA MoCRA, ISO 9001.
Tools and systems: MS Office suite, CMMS (Maximo, SAP PM), AutoCAD,
MS Project.
Hold one of the following certifications: CMRP, TPM.
The following are considered assets: membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
