We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic dealership team. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and qualified interaction from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling maintenance, managing work orders, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements
Schedule vehicles for maintenance and repairs
Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation
Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels
Communicate service timelines and update customers

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years as a service advisor or similar
RV experience preferred
Dealership experience considered an asset
Valid G Driver's License
Flexible schedule, including Saturdays
