Join Mount Royal University's Cougars Athletics as a flexible Intramural Official. This hybrid role involves game management, player assistance, and ensuring a protected sporting environment. Reporting to the Recreational Sport Supervisor, the Intramural Official will manage games while promoting an inclusive atmosphere among participants. This position requires at least three hours per shift and up to thirty-five hours weekly, depending on the schedule. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining safety and upholding the rules during intramural games. Key Responsibilities:
Manage intramural game logistics and safety
Uphold game rules and regulations faithfully
Handle disputes and player incidents effectively
Communicate with Student Leaders regarding league matters
Assist in facility setup and takedown

Requirements:
Team-oriented with robust communication skills
Extensive sports experience and decision-making ability
Open to working with diverse populations
Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
Preferred: Experience or certification in officiating
