We're hiring a Senior Project Manager at Gibraltar Construction. What the role is: What the role is:You’ll run multiple TI projects from tender through close‑out. Medical, office, retail, financial – the full commercial mix across the Lower Mainland and BC. You’ll work closely with dedicated Site Managers on the ground while you drive the planning, margins, subs, and client relationships from the office. What it pays:$90,000 – $110,000 base + performance bonus tied to project results. Total compensation typically lands between $120,000 and $160,000.



What we're looking for:10+ years managing commercial construction as a GC Robust TI background across multiple project types Someone who can run multiple projects without dropping the ball Confident with budgets, margins, risk, and client relationships Organised, accountable, and doesn’t need hand‑holding Why Gibraltar:We run on EOS – structured meetings, explicit roles, defined accountability.
