Job OverviewAuto Mobile Advisor, reporting to the Branch Manager, building relationships with clients and local dealerships to provide insurance coverage and products.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives to grow professional network.Proactively and creatively offer solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.QualificationsLevel 2 General Insurance License considered an asset.Exceptional customer service skills.Demonstrated sales experience and drive.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work in a busy,
fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.Weekend and Evening availability.Willing to use personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement).CompensationThe compensation for this position is a variable structure: base salary plus commission. Expected base salary is $41,600, plus commission based on sales performance.
