The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Mine Production Supervisor to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations. The position will be based in Greater Sudbury (Onaping), Ontario. This is a full‑time, permanent, staff position.Range of Pay: $119,000 to $133,000 plus annual variable compensation bonus.This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy. Work location is not accessible by public transportation.Duties and AccountabilitiesReporting to the Operation General Foreman for lateral or blasthole, the Mine Development Supervisor is accountable for mine development, and the front‑line supervision of an underground crew to deliver established operational and safety targets. Critical to this role is the promotion and adherence of health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies and procedures to ensure that work is safely executed at all times.
