Assurance and Advisory Senior Manager, CPA Firm Location: Toronto, ON (North York, steps from the subway) Job Type: Full time Pay: $140,000 to $180,000 CAD per year Lead audit and review engagements for owner-managed businesses at a respected mid-sized CPA firm, with the option to join at the Senior Manager or Principal level.

Must-Haves CPA designation 6+ years of management-level public accounting experience 3+ years at the Senior Manager level Strong Canadian assurance experience , including managing audit and review engagements Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and assurance standards Experience with privately held and owner-managed businesses Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements and deadlines Strong client relationship and communication skills What You’ll Do Lead a diverse portfolio of audit and review engagements from planning to completion Review financial statements, working papers,



and engagement files Advise owner-managed and private businesses on accounting and reporting matters Identify financial reporting and operational issues and recommend practical solutions Partner with firm partners on complex engagements Manage engagement budgets and deadlines Coach and develop managers, seniors, and junior staff Strengthen engagement and quality control processes Support business development and represent the firm with clients Nice-to-Haves Business development experience (for Principal-level candidates) Advisory experience beyond core assurance Experience improving quality control processes Compensation and Benefits $140,000 to $180,000 CAD per year Comprehensive benefits package Long-term leadership and growth opportunities About the Company Our client is a well-established, growing mid-sized CPA firm in North York serving privately held and owner-managed businesses.
