Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Interpret welding process specifications Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment Support for newcomers and refugees Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work workplace for newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Support for mature workers Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
